Artome and Katja patrol the fence for neighbor Ute. (Oomee) She is always handy with a cookie, or an invitation to tea.
Katja had an the operation that fixed the alignment of her ankle and toes. Katja's foot was re-cast to keep everything straight and protect the incision. She recovered right away from the anesthesia, and was walking pain-free after two days.
Swing finally attached to the back yard slide. A very nice strech of good weather has allowed back yard activities after work and pre-school.
We brought the bouncy castle indoors for a short stay, and it has been such a hit that it will be difficult to replace as activity center. They chase around, over and through it with kuklas, books and Levi.
So good to se Artome eating well! He is quickly gaining weight and height. The doctor was especially concerned about him last August and said that at his October appointment he really wanted to see a growth spurt. We think he will exceed expectations.
We are hosting Thanksgiving at our house this year. The castle will have to go for at least that day! Stay tuned....
Where's Oomee? The kids love to go and visit Ooomee and are quite upset when she isn't out in her back yard!.
They insisted on eating their dinner out in their new play house. Good times!
Katja and her good friend Brianne.
Notice the Husky gear on Artome? He loves football! Hooray!!!! GO DAWGS and SEAHAWKS!!!!! Katja seems to prefer baseball. We'll have to show her old tapes of the 2001 Mariners. :(
