After hours of trying to make our laptop computer speak Kazakh, we have been to the internet cafe and re-experienced 100 Mbps. A bit disconcerting when the nice young man asked to see our laptop, then disappeared. Shortly thereafter however our machine was hooked up and we dropped the entire site in 30 sec. We did a little site maintenance, e-mails and were out under 30 min. at the cost of $1.30!
Artome is a boy of few words, but we will have to remind him that one of his first words besides Mama & Papa was "Kukla" ( Doll in Russian ). We have another Kukla that now lives above our TV because every time the children see it she goes flying across the room. Pictures of strange Kuklas and clowns forthcoming.
