Here is a daily, and weekly schedule, and inventory of current children in Katja and Artome's group. Artome was moved up to Katja's group from his younger one in preparation of our arrival.
Today was another fabulous day with the kids! Our usual schedule is as follows:
8:00 AM- Wake up, remember that we're finally in Kazakhstan. Start coffee. Stare out window and comment that we can't believe we're finally here. :)
Wonder aloud what time it is in Seattle.
9:45 AM - Natasha (our coordinator and driver) and Nastia (interpretor) arrive to take us to Baby House. Both Nastia and Natasha are awesome and very kind to us!
10:00 Am - Noon - Visit with fabulous children and try to keep up with them!
Noon - 4 pm: Lunch with Nastia at some awesome place (we have not had a bad meal yet!) More later on the restaurant scene. All I can say is they make great pizza here! (and for those of you who know me, know that I am a pizza snob!) After lunch we either go shopping (for toys for the kids or a new Nursat (e-mail/calling card) and/or back to the apartment and check e-mail.
4 PM to 6 PM- Visit fabulous kids again. Then back to apartment to watch the Olympics!
